Join our "CBT and/or Anger Management" Adult Virtual Support Group at Renewed Journey, LLC, a safe and nurturing space designed to address a range of mental health challenges. This group is ideal for those seeking support and strategies to manage anxiety, depression, anger, PTSD, emotion dysregulation, negative thoughts, and cognitive dysfunction, all within a community of understanding peers.

Insurance and Group Details:

  • Accepted Insurances: We accept various insurance plans, including Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Oscar Health, Oxford, and Aetna, to make our group sessions accessible.

  • Duration: The group runs for eight weeks, providing ample time for progress and personal growth.

  • Group Size: To maintain an intimate and effective setting, the group is limited to a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 participants.

About the Groups:

In our CBT group participants will delve into Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques and other therapeutic strategies to tackle mental health challenges. The group format provides a unique opportunity to learn from and support each other, creating a sense of community and shared experience. Experienced therapists facilitate our sessions, guiding discussions and activities, ensuring a productive and safe environment for all participants.

In our Anger Management Group  is designed to help individuals understand and manage their anger in a healthy way. Participants can learn coping strategies, improve their communication skills, and develop self-awareness. The group provides a supportive environment where individuals can share their experiences, learn from others, and work on developing more constructive ways to express and manage their emotions. It can also offer a sense of community and understanding, which can be particularly helpful for those struggling with anger issues.
