Hello and welcome!

My name is Breah, and I’m truly honored to walk alongside you on your healing and personal growth journey. I believe in the power of empathy, genuine connection, and creating a safe space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. My mission is to help you overcome past traumas, discover your inner strengths, and embrace new possibilities for transformation, empowerment, and healing.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Professional Supervisee with a Master’s in Social Work from Walden University and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Norfolk State University. Over the years, I’ve worked in various settings, including correctional facilities, outpatient mental health, community-based programs, and with Active Duty service members and their families. My experiences have shaped my ability to understand diverse challenges and meet you where you are, with understanding and compassion.

My clinical focus is working with adults and couples, supporting you through challenges such as grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. I incorporate evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. Together, we’ll work to replace unhelpful patterns with empowering ones, gain new perspectives and clarity, while making meaningful change.

Above all, I want you to know you don’t have to face this journey alone. I’m here to walk with you, offering understanding, insight, encouragement, and care every step of the way.
